Farmland is in short supply across the North of England. Our approach to the search and the techniques deployed enable our clients to have the best possible opportunity of success.

Natural Capital

We also act for buyers of natural capital investments and act for private buyers, family offices, corporates, and funds within this space. We work alongside our Land Management team to provide specialist advice when required.

Forestry

A specialist area with a specific skill set, we have been advising clients in this sector, from acquiring planting ground to mature forestry, since our inception in 2010. Due to the wider geographical range of forestry ground in the UK, our areas of search cover the whole of the North of England and Scotland.
